1. Returns for Physical Products:

  • We accept returns for physical products only in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Buyers must contact us for a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The returned items should be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Returns and Refunds Process for Physical Products:

  • If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 24 hours once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

3. Returns for Digital Products:

  • For digital products (e.g., digital portraits and artworks), partial refunds will be considered if the buyer is not satisfied even after 2-3 revisions.
  • Please contact us to initiate the refund process for digital products.

4. Damaged Product Claims:

  • If you receive a damaged product, we recommend recording an unboxing video as proof.
  • You can choose between a replacement or a refund for damaged products.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the buyer. You can use any means of shipping, but we will issue the refund or process the return once the returned package is received by us.

6. Proof of Damaged Product:

  • Customers must provide proof of a damaged product. Any tampered or fraudulent proofs will result in no return or refund.

8. Product Quality Assurance:

  • We take utmost care in checking and packing physical products to ensure they arrive in the best condition. For digital artworks, we offer 2-3 revisions until you are satisfied.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process. Please ensure secure return shipping.
